For a couple in their early thirties, we reimagined a classic 1960s apartment into 70 sqm of contemporary and functional living space. 

.

The original layout , with its central corridor and closed-off kitchenette, was fully dismantled to create a bright, welcoming entrance and an open-plan living area.

A discreet yet fully integrated kitchen now overlooks the main balcony, which features a custom-designed counter for casual breakfasts and evening drinks.

The new layout also includes a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a dedicated study, and a guest bathroom with laundry area and access to the service balcony.

At the heart of the new plan is a bold, colored volume that organizes the interior flow while integrating three three strategically placed storage closets.

New aluminum-frame windows with concealed profiles enhance natural light throughout the space, especially on the apartment’s seventh-floor perch. 

The connection to the outdoors is emphasized: no curtains interrupt the view, and the bed is oriented directly toward the windows for unobstructed Alpine vistas each morning.
